We designed Atlantic Coast’s long term care program by thinking what we would want for our own parents, or for ourselves. From that perspective, we developed our vision, which emphasizes the following three components:

	Independence Needing extra medical care doesn’t mean forfeiting one’s independence. Our residents choose how to spend their days, and take pride in performing daily tasks and activities as independently as possible.
	Home-like Living at Atlantic Coast is the closest thing to being at home. Residents often add their own personal touch, displaying a family picture or favorite furnishings in their rooms!
	Compassionate care Our caregivers are carefully selected for their technical skills as well as for their kind and benevolent natures. We only hire the type of people we’d want to take care of our own parents.

In addition to our regular long term care program, Atlantic Coast also offers:

	respite care for families on vacation
	hospice care, administered by specially trained caregivers
